The Ion Mist team is a multidisciplinary group of engineers and researchers dedicated to advancing next generation drug and fragrance delivery technologies. Our work focuses on the development of ultra fine aerosol and ion mist systems that enable precise, controlled, and efficient delivery while prioritising safety, portability, and user comfort.

Drawing on expertise in electrical engineering, mechanical design, and biomedical innovation, we explore electrohydrodynamic and ion based atomisation techniques to overcome the limitations of conventional spraying and injection methods. Our designs emphasise consistency, orientation independent operation, and adaptability across a wide range of liquid formulations.

Through iterative prototyping, experimental validation, and user centred design, the Ion Mist team aims to translate cutting-edge research into practical, real world solutions for healthcare, wellness, and beyond.
